Lazy as is our own work, and it stands on open-source software. Thank you to everyone who builds it.
Mac
The Mac app uses only Apple's own frameworks (and Apple's speech recognition). It contains no third-party code.

The full list, with every licence text, is inside the app: Settings › Pro & agents › Open-source licences (the file THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt in the app folder).
LGPL components
PySide6, shiboken6, Qt and pynput (LGPL-3.0) and python-xlib (LGPL-2.1 or later) are used unmodified. They ship as separate files in the app folder, so you can replace them with your own builds, and the licence agreement doesn't stop you modifying them or reverse engineering the app to debug such changes. The app's open-source list names the exact versions and links to their source (PySide6, shiboken6 and Qt 6.12 come from download.qt.io; pynput and python-xlib from PyPI).
Written offer. For three years after we last distribute a version of Lazy as, we'll send anyone who asks the complete corresponding source code of these components, for no more than the cost of sending it. Write to us via support.
The AI agent bridge
The lazyas command-line tool and Claude Code plugin (the part that lets AI agents read your reviews) is open source under the MIT licence.
