Your agent reads what you pointed at, fixes it note by note, and reports back with proof. You check before/after in Lazy as and mark it verified, or reopen it.

1 Claude Code: the plugin

The plugin adds the Lazy as tools, a review skill, /lazyas:fix and the "done needs proof" hooks.

Then say "fix my Lazy as review", or run /lazyas:fix.

2 Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Copilot CLI

Install the command-line tool once (it has no dependencies):

3 Tie reviews to a project

In your project folder, say which pages are yours. Agents working there then get that project's newest review, not just the newest one:

Only you can mark a note verified. Agents can't.

5 Done needs proof

With the Claude Code plugin, when Claude finishes a turn after claiming fixes, Lazy as tells you ("your agent says 4 items are fixed: verify now"). With Pro, Claude can't stop while a note is marked fixed without any proof: it has to attach a screenshot of the result or the test output first. Turn that off with "enforceProof": false in ~/.lazyas/config.json.
